Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Furry Finder tag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Returns
You may return your Furry Finder product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused or minimally used (not damaged through misuse)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@furryfinder.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived faulty, please contact us immediately at support@furryfinder.com. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
South African Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law.
