Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are typically 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@furryfinder.com.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Furry Finder tag.

Furry Finder is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, carrier disruptions, customs holds, or events outside our control. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

Incorrect Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@furryfinder.com. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
