At Furry Finder, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every Furry Finder tracking tag is built to be durable, reliable, and ready for whatever adventures your pet gets into. If something goes wrong, we've got you covered.
30-Day Warranty
All Furry Finder products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse or physical damage
- Connectivity issues arising from a product defect
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Water damage beyond the product's rated resistance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Lost or stolen products
- Issues caused by third-party networks (Apple Find My or Android Find My Device) outside of our control
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and falls within the 30-day warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@furryfinder.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or a short video showing the defect where possible.
- Our support team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and advise on next steps.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on stock availability and the nature of the defect.
Out-of-Warranty Support
If your product is outside the 30-day warranty period, please still reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee a free replacement, we will do our best to assist you and find a fair resolution.
